Although simple in concept, documentation can be hard to manage. Over the past 15 years we have defined an air tight system for managing all of the documentation for a project. Everything from meeting minutes, system diagrams, wire lists and project photo’s are linked together in well organized project files that our staff can easily access. This well organized procedure has maximized the efficiency of our staff while also eliminating the risk of “lost knowledge”.
