We made a critical business decision in 1999 to perform all system programming with internal resources. Ease of use and reliability are our most important deliverables and we need to be sure we have control over the software and user interfaces we provide our clients. With this decision and philosophy, we are able to better tailor our systems to the unique needs of our clients. A programmer, for example, can sit down with a client and get to know them and thereby ensure that the system reflects their specific tastes and desires.
