Glen,

I just wanted to thank you for all of your efforts over the past 1-2 years (has it really been that long?) and for the wonderful and thoughtful gift. I believe we are going to enjoy the bottle of wine tonight – we finally closed on the place today! We’re both feeling great now that we own the place and are living there! It will take another week+ to get the floors straightened out, but after that we’ll have the rest of our furniture and will start settling in and make it a home.

I can honestly say that you were the best and most professional person we dealt with on the entire project from start to finish. You stayed close to the project, communicated with everyone, kept us informed at every stage, and delivered on everything. In a development project that seemed to be plagued with delays, lack of communication, and poor project management, we never experienced a single unexpected surprise involving your work at any time. If anything, we got more than we had originally expected or planned and everything was completed before closing as you always promised. I couldn’t ask for anything more.

We love showing off all the cool features of our home and whenever anyone asks about the technology I will be singing the praises of DC Home Systems. There has already been quite a bit of interest from people who had “heard” about some of the things. The audio system has been awesome (we use it every day), and of course everyone finds the concealed TVs to be the coolest thing. Others in the building are now trying to “add” powered shades and we already have push button convenience that makes life simple. We still have some work to do with the lights (Jimmie didn’t change the dimmers before going on vacation), but we can already see how convenient the lighting control will be once that is all set.

If you are ever looking for reference client, don’t ever hesitate to ask. I’d have nothing but good things to say. I look forward to continuing our relationship over the long term. We’d love to have you stop by for a glass of wine when we’re settled so you can see the place when it’s all finished.

Best, Tom
